Jess graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science Advanced (Honours) in 2016. During her degree, she completed a project on in vitro studies to support optimisation of antibiotic combinations in ICU patients, supervised by Dr Cornelia Landersdorfer. In 2017, Jess received First Class Honours for her research in optimisation of antibiotic combinations against hypermutable Pseudomonas aeruginosa using a dynamic in vitro infection model. Her current project will continue her work in optimising antibiotic combinations, utilising static and dynamic infection model studies and mechanism-based PK/PD modelling.
