Workstreams
Workstream 1: Clinical dosing studies
This workstream involves several projects on pharmacokinetic (PK) dosing evaluation of antimicrobials in special patient populations including adult critically ill patients, critically ill paediatric patients, hospitalised patients such as transplant recipients, and patients receiving outpatient antimicrobial therapy
Clinical dosing studies will be led by Workstream 1 Lead, Dr Suzanne Parker, and she will be responsible for collating Clinical dosing studies’ status, progress and milestone reports and ensuring they are escalated to the Operations Committee or Steering Committee for consideration and advice.
The objective of clinical dosing studies is to generate new knowledge that will inform robust dosing regimens that achieve therapeutic exposures that can then be tested clinically in the translation projects.
